在和别人谈到自己家乡的时候，我一般都会介绍家乡的美食，比如提到“宫后”，还有黑龙江的锅包肉。但是还有一些美味我很少跟人提，最正宗的应该是姥姥做的酱茄子和手擀面了。酱茄子今天终于得到了姥姥的真传，现在比较怀念手擀面。姥姥做的手擀面比较粗，十分的劲道，加上东北独有酸菜肉末卤，那叫一个过瘾，一般我们叫“二大碗”我能吃两碗。老家的冬天时间很长，所以过冬菜中酸菜是必不可少的，几乎很多家都有自己的酸菜缸和大石头，然而同样是酸菜在不同家腌制，味道也不一样，所以才有了姥姥手擀面的独有味道。如今在盘锦每当我想吃手擀面的时候，都会自己或带上要好的朋友去一家叫“老味道”的面馆，每次都会叫上一碗酸菜肉丝面。但是这家的酸菜没有老家的味道，但是却有一种久违的感觉，于是这里几乎成了我的“老地方”。
说到酱茄子，现在想想嘴边还有种很奇妙的感觉。家乡的夏天，印象中最便宜的两种蔬菜：茄子和豆角，我的印象大约在93,94年左右，茄子应该在7分钱一斤左右，豆角稍微贵一点。可以说伴随每个夏季最多的蔬菜就是茄子和豆角了。那时候，爸爸有道菜挺大众，但很好吃，就是把茄子烀熟了，直接沾酱油蒜末吃。客观的说，妈妈做吃的就很一般了，茄子和豆角到她手里基本都是炖。但一到姥姥家就能吃到她做的酱茄子，这个味道真是太香了，特下饭。
“宫后”这个词，可能是我家乡独有的一个词汇吧。“宫后”其实是烧烤的一种串，具体是什么还真挺难解释，应该是属于下货吧。我印象最早吃到“宫后”应该是小学时，在一家叫“阿旭”的烧烤店吃到的，当时一串羊肉串是5毛，宫后是6毛。现在想想很少能像那时吃着烧烤，最后再下一碗“鲜辣牌”方便面窝个鸡蛋那样的痛快了。最近一次回老家，我又找到了这家叫“阿旭”的烧烤店，尽管更换了地址但老板没有换，他我对我父亲的印象还很深刻，但是那次回家时间比较紧，我还是没有吃到他家的“宫后”，只是在他家吃了顿早餐。
家乡的锅包肉，其实最正宗的叫法应该叫“哈尔滨锅包肉”，但是让我印象比较深刻的应该是带料加工的最好。以前爷爷家那边的厂西市场里有一个专门带料加工做锅包肉的，就是你买好里脊肉，到他那，他个就给你做好，论斤收加工费，整体算下来肯定比在饭店吃便宜，而且味道正宗。总是觉得做锅包肉的醋跟我们平时吃的醋有差别。到辽宁之后，很少能吃到家乡的锅包肉，这边基本都是番茄酱的锅包肉，个人认为没有家乡的味道好。在盘锦有两个地方能吃到家乡的锅包肉，一个是在“双兴”叫“老式锅包肉”，另一个在田家叫“哈尔滨锅包肉”。
